Research Interests
Ramazan Atalay is predominantly interested in growth of Zinc Germanium Diphosphate by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) system. He is also interested in III-V growth with the same method....
His collaborators :
- produced one of the best Indiumnitride (InN) samples by High Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (HPCVD)with a fulwidth half maximum of 10 and 100 miliarc second .
