The annual meeting SESAPS, hosted by Georgia State University and Georgia Tech was held at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, Atlanta, GA, Wednesday, November 11, 2009 - Saturday, November 14, 2009. The local organizing committee was headed by Dr. Ahmet Erbil of Georgia Tech (ahmet.erbil@physics.gatech.edu) and Dr. Unil Perera of Georgia State University (uperera@phy-astr.gsu.edu).
